Super friendly receptionist, got service request scheduled sooner than I expected! When the tech arrived for the appointment, friendly and professional, great encounter PCD.

We called Monday morning and our problem was resolved by Monday afternoon. Jacob was very knowledgeable and efficient. What a pleasant young man! We highly recommend Penn Central Door and its qualified technicians!

Called "Teddy" for a price on a 20 x 14 commercial door. He came out, nice guy, took pictures, measurements and said he'd call me the next day, and email me the prices on the options we talked about. Did not hear from him, I called him 2 days later, he apologized said he'd call Friday...he called friday, said he'd call Monday, 1st thing. It's now Friday AGAIN....and NOTHING!! Don't trust this guy, all promises and NO FOLLOW THRU!

The guys (and lady) at Penn Central Door are top notch! From helping with picking out the right door clear up to cleaning up after installing… just superior!! Highly recommended!
